builds like this really shine at the 150 level range. I'd recommend dropping vit down to ~36 and never taking off clockwise 3. additionally, blood oath 3 + blood bullets is basically a superior oedon writhe. 14/14 allows you to use 2h modes of both chikage and bloodletter efficiently, using augur for parries (which will do shit damage with only 14 skill). again, I'd recommend dropping bt to ~35, then str and dex to base reqs for weapons that scale with arc and are 1h in both forms (saws, cane, cutter, etc). this may sound like your typical arc build, but this one will feature deadlier ranged options besides tools, like BMA repeater. line your primary hotkeys with old hunter bone, whistle, executioner's gloves, beast roar and black sky eye. as stated above, I wouldn't fuck with augur parries with only 14dex. be sure to put BMA, messenger's gift, choir bell and unique blood vials in your secondary hotkey menu. lastly, I wouldn't worry too much about endurance, tools and guns don't consume stamina on use, and you'll be surprised to find that you can execute a lot of evasive maneuvers with base end.
