This is the ultimate DEFENSIVE-style low-level build, and it's primarly Strength. With the slow movements of your primary weapons, you are meant to wait, bait, and punish. You do NOT ever try to pursue or get aggressive with your enemies, especially Hunters (and players). Cannon is meant to one-shot single tough foes, and the summoned allies of a Beckoner. Gatling Gun is about pressure, control, aggro, and a consistently safe damage output. Wear whatever armor you want. If you can make yourself look hardy and tough, but calm and decisive, you did it right. Amy Arm and Beast Cutter do actually compliment each other well, I'll leave it up to you to test how they work, especially since you can get them pretty early (if you are quick enough) after defeating the boss Vicar Amelia. Your backup weapons are the Saw Cleaver (in case an enemy is just too fast for you), and the Hunter Blunderbuss (with the Tear Gem for both a steady recovery and crowd control in all situations... or just a parry). Your runes allow you to get 3 shots off with the Cannon (if you use Blood Bullets for every shot as well), so having Commmunion will help improve your survival.
