Arcane-based level 43 build. You'll use whatever tools you can get, and they are all useful if you know how and when to use them. The reason Threaded Cane is secondary is because it scales best with Arcane for a starter weapon, and it also can speed w/ buff capability (I recommend Lightning). Flamesprayer is of course anti-beast and groups. Hunter Blunderbuss is dependable for generally everything. You'll get a flat Arcane gem from the Old Hunter's Dream near the Fishing Hamlet, and a Arcane droplet gem near where the Mother Brain would be. Your 3rd gem is up to you.
