Low Level version of my Arcane build. Not sure about the Clockwise/Anti-Clockwise Runes yet, but it'll have to wait until I farm the proper Arcane, Bolt and Fire gemstones to imbue my weapons with and then test run it, to see the necessity. Helm can also be taken off or replaced by the Black Hooded Yar'Alghul Helm depending on how I feel.
