There's always a Guts build so thought I would take a crack at it. -40 Vit for Survivability -22 End is enough with the Rune -50 Str/Skill for max LHB Scaling -6 BT for whatever -7 Arc for whatever -LHB is the only Greatsword in the game so we have to go with this, Beast claws are there because second weapon slot. RP points for only using the transform mode. -Cannon because Guts has a cannon. RP points if you only fire it once, point blank, for the finishing blow. Extra if you only switch to the cannon when you use it, hide it otherwise. -Hunter Pistol for parry, you don't need it if you want to RP hardcore and can just use you barehand so that cannon switch is even more out of the blue Attire is what I thought was closest to Guts. You can always substitute the Helm for a hood or nothing. Runes are for that extra Health, Stamina, Stam Regen and Defense. You can sub the Great Lake for PvP tech like Clawmark for extra Visceral dmg or other resistance or unique situations. As for changes you could add more to BT for extra Cannon dmg, but since BMA exists and cannon is mostly for the final hit its not needed. Also subbing out points for BT would affect max scaling for the LHS and health. Of course you could also change the Attire if you find a better combo you like for Guts.
