Get ready for some 420 no scopes! This build is the cancer of Yharnam. Some details: the second Reiterpallasch is for gem variants. You can keep a few backups including Fool's and Poorman's setups because the gun will hit HARD if you're low or full on HP, and you can just dodge forever and shoot like a scum anyway. 10 arcane is so you can force your opponent to unlock with Messenger's Gift and land a BMA Repeating Pistol shot for 900 damage easily. You could easily gouge bloodtinge instead of vitality if you want to do more damage. You don't need as much HP really on this build. Its just there so you can be annoyingly tanky. Runes can be mixed if you feel okay about blood tapping more (+vials), or you want to be able to dodge more (+stamina), or if you just want to go full HP runes (evil mode). Bone Marrow Ash recommended.
