Pretty much use what ever you when it comes to weapons and runes, although Ludwig's Holy Blade is the true quality build weapon which gets the most out of a build like this. The most balanced build, but you won't be able to out damage a pure build that knows what it's doing, you will still be very close and it will be down to skill (literally not the stat). Level 145 will still net you a good amount of PvP, while also hitting the max amount of Phy DEF before hardcap. Level 10 Arcane for the Messenger's spell trolling if wanted.
