Can Invade: 60-119 Can be Invaded: 40-92 Can lvl VIT/END to caps and be BL 115 Can Invade: 96-169 Can be Invaded: 72-136 In both instances, you just narrowly avoid common meta levels that vastly outlevel you, all the while having the optimal/max DMG of the Blade of Mercy & Rakuyo. Misses out on tools but gets to stay at a lower BL. If you're like me and prefer to not bother with buffs (It feels better to win without them and it feels worse to lose with them), then this is a great alternative to the Cruel Fate BL80/120 Skill builds. Aside from the Rakuyo and Blade of Mercy, this build also gets powerful usage out of: - Saw Spear - Beasthunter Saif - Threaded Cane - Burial Blade - Church Pick (more leans quality)
