My personal bloodtinge build, done with the Chikage and Evelyn, obviously, as they have an S scaling in bloodtinge, and high AR. Subsequent points aside from bloodtinge were added to skill and arcane for a slight boost to the Chikage's performance, as well as one point in strength just to meet the requirement. Runes were added with visceral attacks and offense in mind due to the high skill stat that they scale with. The rest of the points were poured into vitality until the hard cap was reached, and all else went into endurance, making this build rather survivable on top of its offensive capabilities. Armor was chosen with physical damage resistance in mind, though you could go for a better head piece, as I picked Mensis' Cage to allow me to see my character.
