This build is men't to revolve around using Arcane spells to their fullest, while also being able to use the Moonlight Sword. Obviously 70 Arcane is better since it has better scaling, but that's if only you want to use Spells VERY frequently. If you want 70 Arcane, take 1 point off Endurance and the rest off Strength until you hit level 120. Making this build is tough due to constraints because I personally like being at SL 120. My biggest mistake was stopping at Arcane Level 45 on my first playthrough, always try and go to 60-70 or if you have some constraints go to 50-55 AT MINIMUM. Happy Hunting, Grant us Eyes...
