Royce hails from a distant land far north of Yharnam, but the details of his origin is one of the many things he stays hushed of. For years he roamed the lands as a homeless child, but ended up in Yharnam as a young man, experienced and quite strong in body and mind. He were taken in by the Healing Church when they sought new, able-bodied men and women to form into hunters, and he along with a few others possessed what was necessary to do so, and after years of training and practice, Royce stood among the more successful of his batch, but humble as he was, were merely thankful of having a home, a purpose, and those he may call his family. When the cursed night of the hunt came, he already knew it would be a horrific one, and now, all alone as he once was, Royce still stands, and will do anything which he possibly can to repay the Healing Church for what they had given him, and this repayment would be the countless heads of beasts. Has a weak knee.
