In my opinion this is the best min-max setup for bloodtinge. Capped at lvl 80 but you can go 50 VIT and 35 STA for a final level of 120; or stop anywhere inbetween, your choice. Be aware this setup is meant for DLC Hunter's Dream hence the Min-STR requirement for Bloodletter(an excellent weapon in both PVP and PVE when transformed). Transformed versions only of Chikage and Bloodletter makes their use limited however they will be very strong and switching between them will give you the variety of two different move sets to throw your opponent off or at the very least, change the pace of combat. Evelyn + Bone Marrow for ranged damage; will surprise enemies in PVP so try to use that to your advantage and save it for a finisher. Fist of Gratia cause I like to stun things. <--Product of boredom (Replace with whatever you want, maybe Repeating Pistol for even better ranged finisher;just be aware of the double QS bullet usage) Anti-Clockwise and Clockwise cause why not and Blood Rapture to offset self-dot from Chikage. I run high end Rapid Poison Gems on Chikage and Dmg Up Gems on Bloodletter but feel free to play with whatever you want: whispers--> "even the doll... should it please you."
