A simple Elemental Arc build, I chose 25 skill and Strength to open up all different types of weapons. Most weapons such as Saw Spear and Rakuyo scale very well with elemental gems and high arc. You can go a simpler route with 70 arc and lower skill/str to go higher AR but less weapons. The gems for non-elemental weapons are pretty simple. 2 Arc scaling gems and a fire/bolt gem
