This build is best paired with the Hunter Tools; Old hunter's Bone, Choir Bell, and A Call Beyond. However due to it's high arcane it can be used with other tools depending on the situation. When it comes to runes give the Cannon as much damage output as you can give any extra runes to Evelyn. Then put status's on Rakuyo (Change what status it is depending on situation if you can) And build the claws to have extremely high rally potential (If you want to you can use the Hunter's axe instead of the claws you will just need to have plenty of pellets to really profit off of the Beast rune)
