Since bloodtinge us most effective with 50 points it is almost mandatory at this number otherwise it almost isnt worth it in my opinion early game is pretty frustrating comparative to other starting classes and builds get health and stamina up first then base stats for chikage then skill til 25 then everything into tinge until 50 lastly is the 6 points into arcane for the hunter tool in in pvp the runes are used to compensate for the low health and stamina basically necessary unless you pvp at higher lvls then i believe they can be switched around overall this build has very big strengths being its high weapon and pistol dmg but also high downfalls bring low health stamina and its glass cannony nature very much risk and reward.
