This essentially let's you use all of the Bloodtinge weapons effectively. I personally rock the Bowblade and Transformed Bloodletter because between the two you've covered range, speed and power. The evelyn will net you the most left hand damage (you don't have enough strength to use the cannon and church cannon). For style, blend the harrowed set for Simon cosplay with pieces from other abrasive, unkempt and brutal sets to match the batshit appearance of the bloodletter.
