Blood twink. Level 43 let's you invade from levels 30-79-Cainhurst, Forbidden Woods, and Byrgenwerth are all good places. Both Nightmare zones should be relatively active as well, as well as the beginning areas of the DLC (activity may drop off in Hamlet, I wouldn't know). Upper Cathedral is fun for one or two invasions. Overall the SL will give you a lot of varied invasions. Blood Gems will allow you to nuke ganks, especially with charged attacks. Bowblade and Evelyn are ranged nukes and finishers. If you find a bad player you can always gimp yourself with a weaker weapon upgrade/gems, but ganks will get no mercy. You could sacrifice some points in Endurance and go with a Military Veteran starting class to wield the Bloodletter as well if you like, I chose not too because I don't like losing a bunch of health changing forms every time you want to shoot your gun (on a bloodtinge build no less), as well as limiting you somewhat in your fashion (you want frenzy-resistant apparel). Overall though, really fun and powerful.
