Lowest possible level to wield the cannon. Start Military Veteran for 13 Skill, and just dump all your points into Strength until you get 30. If you Blood-tap before every shot, it takes seven “real” QS Bullets per Cannon blast. The Tier 4 and 5 Formless Oedon Runes will give you an extra four and five Quicksilver Bullets, respectively, so you will be able to shoot four times. The Tier 3 gives you three, for a total of 32, which won’t give you an extra shot, so I just threw on Oedon Writhe.
