15 Arcane for old hunter bone, throw numbing mist at people. Oedon writhe is there for ensuring you can use quick hunter bone as much as possible. You can swap it to anti-clockwise metamorphosis if you somehow have troubles managing your stamina using something like chikage. You shouldn't. For Gems consider raising both blood attack and physical attack, as the crow doesn't exclusively use the chikage in it's transformed state, also try to get either bloodtinge gems on your pistol for maximum damage or some gems with Regen to counter the chikage's HP drain.
