My own rendition of a high tool damage build. When i was originally going to make this build i had in mind 15 str, 15 skill, 70 arc and slightly higher vit, but i ended up wanting to incorporate the Logarius wheel. 25 STR is enough to get 680+ AR on the wheel with nourishings. High arc for elemental converted weapons such as bolt, fire, arcane. I personally run the Nourishing Wheel with Bolt Saif on most occasions. 12 skill is the base for the wheel and HMLS (also nourishings) as well. Your tools will hit hard, but you wont have to sacrifice the benefits of having 25 strength.
