Not designed for PVP as much as for high-level dungeon diving and co-op. 153 Stamina allows for 4 transformed L2s and a dodge, 50 strength/50 skill gives you massive power with the best scaling weapon in the game, and the rest is put into hp. Runes are optimized to give you the most hp while keeping 153 stamina. Enjoy demolishing Ebrietas :)
