ARC\SKL hybrid, focusing physical damage on Rakuyo and with the versatility of Tools. Possible to use a Converted Weapon, of choice, instead of Rakuyo, or Both. Instead of Formless Oedon, Blood Rapture fits nicely. Can use Augur of Ebrietas to parry in trick form of Rakuyo, as well as Old Hunter's bone for increased mobility. Damaging Tools are viable, but won't do insane damage as pure ARC builds.
