Everyone's faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaavorite build. Vitgouge is a pretty damn reliable build, and realistically you can use whatever weapons you want on it. Generally the best weapons are ones which scale with one stat only or can use Flat gems effectively. This build is my own take on the format, as I much prefer a theme character to a crazily optimized build. Boom Hammer and Beast Cutter compliment each other nicely, Boom Hammer is a great weapon for chasing down and aggressively pushing forward. It compliments the Blunderbuss really nicely, as you can stagger spam to catch up really easily. Beast Cutter is a bit of a non-conventional choice by the general populous, but I still really like it as a backup choice. Lets you harrass from a distance and play a great keepaway game once youre good with it, plus the transform attack has absurd tracking and trades well with a lot of the skill weapons. Other weapons could be added into the build, you could sac a little Vitaity to use the Whirligig and the Wheel, or even the Kirkhammer if youre a madlad. You could probably fit a Thrust or Blunt HMS on here too if you really wanted to, but I'd generally say stick to the pure strength stuff. Hunter's Torch is for theming and roleplay, its a trash weapon, don't use it omegalul Gem Setups: Uncanny Boom Hammer 3x 32.6% Blunt ATK Up, Kin/Stamina curse Beast Cutter 3x 32.6% Blunt ATK Up, Kin/Stamina curse Hunter Blunderbuss 28.7% Blood ATK Up, 7.3 Blood ATK, Durability/Stamina curse
