"I remember a time before the dream took me... I miss the days where I didn't have to get my hands dirty." Bloodtinge/Skill Build. In this world, it's shoot first, ask questions later. Runes could be swapped up depending on the play style. I picked Health +15% (to counter Chikage self inflicted damage), Communion for more vials for liberal bloodbullet use, and Formless Oedon for high bullet count for when/if vials run low (although Oedon Writhe to regain bullets from Viscerals is an excellent alternative). For Hunters wishing to make use of the Hunter Tools (namely the Old Hunter Bone and/or Beast Roar) take 5 points from either END or SKILL and put them into ARCANE (15 requirement for those Tools)
