1st build for technically 1st playthrough. I looove the arcane tools, and I loooove scythes, so I knew I wanted some sort of arcane and skill build. I figured id focus on skill more so in the early game, and arcane later. The points into strength and bloodtinge are basically to make everything even XD. I'm not interested in PVP, and I doubt I'll pay for a ps+ sub anytime soon, so level doesn't really matter much to me right now - but maybe later when i get deeper into the game? Any suggestions/
