This is an ARC/Pseudo-Quality hybrid build intended for very aggressive PvE play. Placing emphasis on absurdly high arcane to get the most out of your hunter tools and L2 attacks with the HLMS as well as some heavy investment into strength and some in skill to maximize the damage of it's untransformed state. For the runes I built primarily towards bullet count and retrieval to place heavy emphasis on visceral attacks and maximizing hunter tool usage. I chose the repeating pistol for parries because despite consuming 2 QS bullets per shot it also has the lowest minimum stat requirements of the higher damage dealing firearms and if you end up running short on bullets you could use augur as an alternative while still having exceptional AR. Lastly, the Hunter Oath rune was just incorporated to mildly alleviate the stamina usage of the HMLS. TL;DR: Hybrid Glass-Cannon that focuses on viscerals and spell spam.
