Spell focused pure Arcane build. Given the enormous scaling of most hunter tools arcane scales effectively all the way up to the hard cap of 99. Ideally this build should capitalize on high damage tools like the tiny tonitrus while using Augur for parry spam. Kos parasite is mostly equipped for the fun of it given that it's sadly not a high DPS weapon and most of its attacks are easy to read and avoid. That said, the L2 body explosion is legitimately useful and should be treated as another spell tool in your arsenal. It deals multiple high damage hits while also giving the caster hyper-armor. Saw Spear is equipped as a backup. Combined with top-tier elemental damage gems it can have a potentially very high damage output on an arc build.
