this lets you use almost all the hunter tools while still being effective in melee. you will need 2 more points in str to use the tonitrus if that floats your boat. choose whatever starting weapon you like, i recommend choosing the threaded cane and picking up the saw spear asap. adjust clothing and runes to taste.
