The Reiterpallasch is one of the very few weapons that can be picked up in the game environment without need to going to the Hunter's Dream (albeit more dangerous than normal) and among even fewer that can be used in the first place (others being Saw Spear of course and for a few classes the Tonitrus and that's it). This is the only class that can use it with base stats. Get the summons, kill Witches, go to Cainhurst, grab weapon from chest and Mark the hell outta there. It also technically counts as the only gun pickup you can use in a No Hunter's Dream run, the rest don't fit any class's base stats at all (Rifle Spear, Evelyn, Cannon, sorry, no-can-do).
