I stop at 30arc because imo call beyond is too costly and inaccurate to be worth it on non pure arc builds, can still use all other arcane hunter tools, also is right after the weapon damage softcap of 25. The extra stamina is for pushing the BoM's dps even higher. Look up "uncanny burial blade early" to get it right after BSB. Burial Blade is for utility/range/mobbing, Blade of Mercy is for dps boss slaying.
