This is probably the best build for helping people with bosses, since almost every boss can be Visceral’d. The only one that I know gore sure you can’t is Watchdog. The Threaded Cane, when transformed (in whip form), does more Visceral damage than any other weapon, for some strange reason, and Viscerals deal thrust damage, so 32.6% Adept thrust gems will do better than 27.2% Temperings, but are quite a bit rougher to farm.
