This build will allow you to spam the Frenzy build up attack almost indefinitely. Without any need for sedatives except under extreme situations. There are a few items you can swap out for better resistance however I like the way this looks and gives enough. The beak mask and believe the gloves and legs can be changed out for more frenzy rez but it changes the look and I rarely need the extra rez cause my meter will go down or ill win my fights and reset in a new world. Stamina is low could actually go lower to like 12 because the stamina cost of the bloodletter in its transformed mode is not bad to where you would need anymore its meant to poke and build up frenzy not to spam attacks like a pair of daggers so extra stamina is useless for this weapon things die fast enough to where you dont need extra swings if your reading your opponent correctly
