Use whatever weapons you want! Thanks to the ARC investment you can use any weapon with the right blood gems. 150's can still pair with 120's so don't worry about the blood level. As for the BLT, use the transformed modes for the weapons, Simons' sucks in the blade mode, same for Chikage without the blood and Bloodletter without the great mace. The gear is to prevent frenzy from the Bloodletter, the runes can be whatever, but the Oath Rune is for the Kos Parasite. Start as any background, it doesn't matter, I personally recommend Lone Survivor because of the Vit, or Cruel Fate because you can get the Lost Chikage as soon as you kill BSB. Happy Hunting!
