The gems are 27% with the stamina side effects for the bloodletter, if you farm the blue ones 31% would be even great. Lost bowblade works as a secondary weapon with bloodting gems, it's hard to farm them but it's worthwhile. You can use the chikage instead of bloodletter if you want. The blue gems will do the most difference here, and it's very cool to have a very different build to the rest of builds in the game that's hard to farm the right gems for it.
