Acknowledgments: Credit to MyHeartsMistakes Purpose: Enable new players who want to TEST out a Bloodtinge build to jump right in without worrying about long-term PvP lockout. This is a PvE/PvP beginner friendly BT build. Stats are optimized where they could while emphasizing freedom of use of all non ARC dependent firearms. Stat Breakdown: Optimized VIT/END investment while maintaining BL 120. - Allows viable PvE/PvP testing. - Low END will be the trade-off here. STR/SKL optimized for: - Freedom of use for all non ARC firearms. - Freedom of use of all non ARC dependent trick weapons. - Optimized trick weapon damage before reaching diminishing returns; Max trick weapon damage will be the trade-off here. - Optimized visceral before reaching diminishing returns; Another trade-off. - Can be considered as semi-quality. ARC was not considered for this build. - No Hunter Tools (no need/no room for optimization for this type of build.) Insight=0 for further Frenzy resist w/ Bloodletter. Gear: Max Frenzy resist w/ Bloodletter; Fashion w/o Bloodletter Off-hand: - Repeating Pistol (PvP) w/o bullet dependent trick weapon; Evelyn (PvP) w/ bullet dependent trick weapon or PvE - User's Choice Runes: - Frenzy resist w/ Bloodletter; HP up with Chikage; Visceral for parry; mix and match as you see fit.
