Quality build leaning on strength, hitting the hard cap and skill soft cap to maximize strength weapon damage. Get more out of skill scaling on weapons such as the Beast Cutter and Saw cleaver (even a D or E scaling can make a difference with max gems), and can still use weapons like Church Pick, and Burial Blade effectively, and deals damage with Threaded Cane and even the Rakuyo that is almost as strong as a build with 10 strength and 50 skill (with heavy abyssal gems). High HP helps tank hits and increases the effectiveness of your Blood Vials, high stamina allows more hits with weapons like the Beast Cutter and Ludwig's Holy Blade. The one point into Bloodtinge gives you a semi-powerful projectile that is useful in a pinch (not counting the Cannons and Gatling Gun) I've used this build for years and it's fun, strong and versatile. Great for PvE and PvP. Happy Hunting.
