The last point in Skill (31) can be swapped into Vitality or Stamina, but it makes little difference so damage dealing is likely better. Simon’s Bowblade can be swapped for Reiterspallach or Saw Spear if one does not have DLC / F2P. Odeon Writhe is what you’ll want for emergency bullets, as you’ll have vials to counteract the Chikage’s self-DoT, but can be exchanged for Blood Rapture.
