1) Originally, I not only planned to have Simon’s Bowblade as the offhand RH2 weapon, but also replace the Rakuyo with the Threaded Cane or/and have the Blade(s) of Mercy in its place before realizing that both the Rakuyo and Simon’s Bowblade are DLC-only (excluding Uncanny and Lost variants within chalices). If you don’t have the DLC, then the Blade of Mercy can be your main weapon (RH1) and Threaded Cane your RH2 offhand. 2) Parrying is your best friend in both PvE and PvP with this build, as DEX/SKL cranks the damage up to eleven (making Blood Rapture or Odeon Writhe highly viable choices for your third-rune slot) 3) As the usual tradition for all my build creations, 15 ARC is exclusively to enable the use of Old Hunter Bone’s Bloodhound-Step properties, and the Empty Phantasm Shell to buff your weapons with infinite-use, especially the Rakuyo. But for this case, ARC is actually more useful for melee weapons this time around since the Blade of Mercy scales with ARC (albeit mediocrely, like the Burial Blade scaling better as a Quality build with STR/SKL rather than ARC)
