Before Billington found the healing church Bill had very little in the way of proper guidance. In our time Bill would be considered mentally ill, a psychopath, mentally challenged even. But evil? Everybody thinks they're the hero in their own story especially when you have a past full of trauma, zero guidance, a moral compass in a magnetic dead zone. For Bill the healing church was a chance to find out right from wrong, live a life of servitude to God and maybe even to live a normal life. The nightmare scourge took all of that away. Now the only thing Bill can do is chop down every beast in sight and maybe even you if you can't align with the churches panacea for your animalistic urges. The urges of the beast. Nietzsche once said: "Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you." What if you were probably already a monster to begin with or maybe just borderline with a violent past? Bill is a tank. Designed to steam roll anything in his way. Use of high rally weapons, lead elixirs, endurance, and healing vials make Bill a bear that isn't worth poking.
