Countess Lovelace - Chikage SKL/blood Reiterpallash, Chikage, & Evelyn/Repeating Pistol Madaras Whistle Vit. 47 End. 15 Str. 11 Skl. 40 Bld. 28 Arc. 7 lvl 98 Vit. 50 End. 15 Str. 11 Skl. 45 Bld. 42 Arc. 7 lvl 120 40/40 or 45/40 would be better, and can afford to sacrifice some vit and end. skill weapons do not need much end at all. remember you can get tier 3 runes very easily to boost hp and stamina grind out best bloodtinge gems. Can go up to level 120 and invest points in Bloodtinge to gain some damage on the chikage though the Reiterpallash soft caps at 25 I would pick either lvl 100 or 120 at 110 you’ll basically only match with 120s so not much of a point specifically if you went 98 you could invade 120s, but will never be invaded by them, so you’ll be connecting much more with the 80-100 range so really 98 for pure one stat builds, 120 is comfy for hybrid builds 12-15 end is pretty comfy for just about any build, 18-20 is probably the maximum you’d ever want
