I'm basing this off something else I saw somewhere. Can't remember where, or what the exact setup was. It's a strength/arcane build using the Holy Moonlight Sword and Hunter Tools, with the Rosmarinus for DPS and the Choir set for high arcane defense. Feel free to adjust it however you want. I'm not very good at this sort of thing.
