Build Strategy The stats are general neighborhoods. I have 25 Arcane, so I can use Tiny Tornitus because it packs a punch and catches people off guard, as well as Ludwig's Holy Blade scaling on Arcane! It also scales on Strength and Skill, and I like Vitality, but I focused on hitting hard with this build, which is why my Vitality is so low. I leveled up to the point where you see diminishing returns to get the most out of all the stats because the weapon of choice scales on three of them! Ludwig's Rifle fits the theme and looks really cool ;) Tips: His R2 jump is very good and has incredible tracking with a huge range, USE IT! His L2 has an incredible movement timer and arc. If you want to surprise your opponent, mix up your moveset. You'll want to be in two-handed mode as well. Finally, don't be afraid to have a quick-hitting secondary weapon (like the threaded cane) so you can change your playstyle and catch them off guard.
