My Quality Build is geared more towards doing quick but powerful attacks. The high points in Strength and Skill help for bursting down enemies with small combos with the Stake Driver and Saw Spear. The health and Stamina stats are pretty low compared to almost any other build, but the runes supplement your squishy stats pretty nicely. The most important rune is the Hunter Rune. With your Endurance level only being 17, you'll be going out of stamina pretty quickly. The Hunter Rune is a huge help for this. Also good to note that with this build, you have access to huge amount of Strength or Skill weapons, including Ludwig's Holy Blade if you choose to use it.
