My favourite PvP build thusfar:
Balder Side Sword is swapped out by the a Fire Shotel +9 against turtles and a +5 rapier against low level opponents.
Wolf Ring is swapped out with Cloranthy or Dark Wood Grain against light damage, depending on your playstyle.
Poison Arrows with the longbow
In combat, you'll focus on mobility and hit and run, using the range of the Balder Strong attack to make up for your lack of health.
I've won 1v1 matches up to SL130 and 1v3 in the Parish. It's a difficult, but very interesting and skillful build that rewards you for making it through PvE at SL12, a challenge in it's own right.
