Start out with a crossbow warning shot if range is agreeable. Main focus of combat is halberd poke/punish game (remember to always keep distance!), if foe is turtling then whip out morning star and get to 2H bashing! When enemy's health is low and/or is trying to flee and recover, have crossbow ready for a swift victory or continued pressure.
This bad ass Templar doesn't need any faith, magic, or fireworks, just good ol' steel and grit. He is dressed for any occasion and any predicament. With his arsenal there's nothing you won't be prepared for. Adapting and countering enemy strategy will come like clockwork and almost flow chart- like.
