What I'm working my new PTDE PC character towards. A PvP-friendly improvement to my current PS3 character at SL200.
Clothing is mainly for style and a sort of a grim reaper look (my character is female). Obviously you can switch out spells armour and rings to your preference, but the stats fit the Great Scythe with Dex dumped up to 45 for scaling damage on the Scythe as well as the Bow, and max pyromancy casting speed.
This build can be started fairly early in a NG by taking some fancy shortcuts into the Catacombs before anything else to get the Great Scythe and ascend it to fire until the scaling is adequate enough.
Best to get Str to 14 first, End 40+ and Vit ~50 according to preference, dump into Dex up to 45, and then finally dump remaining into Att.
