I was making a different build, but I got bored of the same old thing. Utilize Wrath Of The Gods and your Bow when Red Tearstone is active, they demolish.
Normally I don't use a shield but you can poke away with your shield up with a rapier, so go hard.
For PvE I use the Darkwood Grain Ring and the Hawk Ring in place of Red Tearstone.
