A dex build for pvp. A splash of faith to cast dmb on a +15 uchi will cause great damage and bleeding as well. WoG to throw them off guard. You may want to switch out TWoP for something else because of the amount of timer it takes to cast, but it's up to you. The armor setup is mostly cosmetic, but the paladin leggings provide a little poise, and paired with the wolf ring is a good idea.
A good off-hand to switch out for the bow would be the gold tracer if you have the dlc. If not, any weapon that will keep you in fast roll would bee good, such as a bandits knife for fast swings. But be careful your you're opponents
