if the buffs are applied apropriately, the build does roughly 900 dmg(in standard 1handed attack). And the high hp/poise allows for 2 handed consecutive hits( leading to stunlock, if done properly) without the danger of being quickly disposed. Being the first wargod, it also can effectively use a great variety of weapons(claymore, winged spear, BSS, flamberge, uchigatana...) making it adaptable to many situations. The only downfall would be mid-rolling, but any avarage player will be able to use effectively.
