You can play around with the weapons, armor, and rings.
Rather than the claymore, you can use any two 3.0 weight weapons and maintain fastroll.
Alternatively, you can take a heavier weapon like the pike or the greatsword and swap out gauntlets/leggings for something like black iron and replace havel's ring with wolf, leo, or rosp for a tankier character.
The full elite knight set also works, though you may have to swap out the gauntlets with regular knight to keep your fastroll.
